Small bite sized cheesecake squares? Yes please!
Here is a tutorial on how I made this cheesecake dish!
To begin, here is the recipe I followed.
I started by making the crust on a square pan that is lined with parchment paper.
Then you follow the instructions on how to mix and bake the cheesecake. You will want to bake it until it is golden brown.
Once it is removed from the oven allow it to cool completely before moving on.
I decided to melt some chocolate chips and drizzle that all along the cheesecake. But really, you can add any flavor/toppings here that you’d like!
Once I am done topping I use the remaining parchment paper on either side of the pan to carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan and cut it into approximately 1/2 inch cubes.
Be sure to keep your cheesecake bites refrigerated until dessert time!
